Poor comms, delays.
All good except my car has so far always had to go back at least three times because the valet was not done satisfactorily.
If simple things can not be acomplished when I left my car at the dealership from 0900hrs until 1700hrs then I can not be satisfied with the level of work carried out on my car.
It was a shame I had to return to you to have the hatch catch sorted on a second visit. I wasted a whole morning ( I come from Andover) In 50 years of motoring i have NEVER had a catch on the boot /hatch of any car fail!! Doesnt say much for BMW!

Excellent in all respects
The only problem was that the tyre pressures had been adjusted to another type of tyre and needed to be pumped up and the levels reset.
The explanation of the software update was a little lacking.
Rapid response to an unscheduled visit at about 4pm on a Friday and tried to obtain the replacement part for the next day. Failed in this but otherwise kept me mobile and informed. Replaced the faulty part without charge as soon as it arrive
The day before the MOT was due, Dick Lovett phoned me and said I needed to be at the dealership by 13:45 for a 14:00 appointment, so I actually arrived at 13:35 and waited. Then there was a further delay and the job was only started at 14:30, why?
Everything appeared to be done to high standards and easily on time if not early
Paul Doel was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, Patient and thoughtful. Went out of his way staying after his normal finish time to reassure my wife re buying an automatic Service could only be improved by not sticking unwanted dealer stickers on car
Fitted me at short notice and went the extra mile to show me the underside of the car once on the ramp as I requested to view potential damage. John Walsh in particular was very helpful and his usual professional self.

The customer service is always the very best. Unfortunately I have since discovered an issue that has only started to occur after going in for the updates, but I believe that this is a fault rather than anything that they have done.
The car was in for a recall and the team at Dick Lovett attended to great perfection. I could have give full marks but the booking was taken with a bit of misunderstanding of providing with a courtesy car. While there was no car available.

The disappointment for me was that a courtesy car wasn't available for the date I requested and the fact you don't offer a customer shuttle service.

My car was in for checks after recent repair work and all was carried out quickly and efficiently plus they noticed an Issue with one oy my tyres which I changed a few days later.
From when I got the bad news that my car needed two new tyres, it took a bit longer than I would have expected for the job to be completed. However, the £30 discount per tyre was much appreciated.

1. The person dealing with our car left Dick Lovett. We had to wait almost 3 weeks for a spare part and only got the status when we called. 2. We rebooked the car to find the booking hadn't been put on the system 3. Car was returned without a wash

Courtesy car was externally dirty and fuel tank was only one quarter full despite my having been told that it had a full tank.

My car was booked in for a service and MOT on a Saturday, I was advised that a courtesy car was not available in advance and that no precise timings could be given. The car was dropped off at about 9am but was not ready until about 12.30pm

They tried their best to secure goodwill support from BMW Centre, recognising the N43 engine issues as highlighted. They were professional, sympathetic and helpful.

I have already sent a message about this but so far heard nothing back. For the first time ever my Wife's car was not very well washed on the outside and almost nothing done on the inside. This has always been a guilty pleasure when collecting.
I called in to see if I could make an appointment in the near future to get my brake pads changed as the warning had gone from several hundred miles life left to zero in a few days. They changed them there and then whilst I waited
Chris Wardley and Steven Radley were very sympothic and wanted to help as they were keen to get to the underlying issue, which bmw head office and bmw assist did not want to help with.
BMW HUngerford did a good job in my view. Unless it is shown later they incorrectly fitted the new suspension airbags I think the service is good.

Took over 3 weeks to receive the vehicle that was in stock at another dealer.
All really smooth and easy. Mostly done via an ipad so nice to see we aren't waisting paper. Tom also sat in the car with me and spoke through the main functions I wanted to know about.
