Service was carried out in the time promised and a courtesy car provided
My car was booked in during an afternoon. I left it with them whilst I visited a friend in Hungerford. When I returned it was ready for me sooner than expected.
Welcoming and courteous- I arrived at BMW for a service on my 1-Series but despite not having booked a courtesy car, I was given a desk to work, and frequently asked if I wanted refreshments by Barbie and Stephen.
Over the past 6 or 7 years I have never had a reason to doubt the quality of the service and repairs. Also the car is always very nicely cleaned - I usually think it looks new when I collect it.
I did not get an apology as to why the tyres had not been changed in the one and half hours that I had been waiting.
Amazing customer service at Hungerford being friendly but professional, all the staff make you feel very looked after and special with nothing being too much trouble. My car is my baby and I love that way they look after her so well.

Dick Lovett Hungerford deliver great service and they were the dealer that spoke to BMW all those years ago about the 3 series convertible mentioned in my previous question response and fixing it under warranty.

Service completed in a timely manner, no issues with the fact that I'd got a service pack and was cleaned which is always nice.
Like the Garage at Hungerford, good experience.. It's a shame the parking situation is not always good, although the staff try to help you straight away. Would also like a garage closer to home, we live in Cold Ash - Newbury would be ideal.

My car was returned on a lorry with a recommendation, then it was collected again an hour and £500 later after the recommendation (new rear tyres) didn't work!

From arriving and made to feel very welcome by the reception staff to booking in my car was very easy
With the issues I had with the car it took 3 months to book in the car to be looked along side 3 times of chasing from myself. When I collected the car I had a puncture which wasn't there when I gave it in and had to pay half for the wheel.
Paul Doel was extremely knowledgeable and went over and above to ensure I was familiar with the controls on my new car, really helpful.

The staff at Dick Lovett Hungerford are a delight to deal with and the service and communication we have enjoyed when purchasing the car, dealing with the EGR recall and, most recently, servicing the vehicle has been excellent right across the staff.
they collected my car, called me to tell me they had received it, told me when the work was done and then it arrived back at work sparkly clean! brilliant communication.
Had to continually chase via email for a response. Again I was dragged into the showroom for nothing. Offered a ridiculously low figure for my car. Apparently my 2015 reg car has devalued £7k since I bought it 9 months ago.
The repair could of been done quicker it tock just under a week to fit cameras to my mirrors
My car came back dirty following the service. The marks were picked up during the service.
Excellent and responsive service. From the initial calls, to the organising of the hire car (and the hire company) it could not have been better handled. Things happened exactly as had been explained, in the timescales advised to me.

When I was unable to get back to collect the car they delivered it back to my home.
I was kept informed at all stage by the staff at Hungerford to ensure that my car was returned to me as quickly as possible. They were very assuring and very professional in the way they dealt with my problem.

All good except my car has so far always had to go back at least three times because the valet was not done satisfactorily.
If simple things can not be acomplished when I left my car at the dealership from 0900hrs until 1700hrs then I can not be satisfied with the level of work carried out on my car.
It was a shame I had to return to you to have the hatch catch sorted on a second visit. I wasted a whole morning ( I come from Andover) In 50 years of motoring i have NEVER had a catch on the boot /hatch of any car fail!! Doesnt say much for BMW!

Great people and service. Unfortunately they didn't have a car ready for me and service info on my car hadn't been reset.
The explanation of the software update was a little lacking.
The only problem was that the tyre pressures had been adjusted to another type of tyre and needed to be pumped up and the levels reset.
Rapid response to an unscheduled visit at about 4pm on a Friday and tried to obtain the replacement part for the next day. Failed in this but otherwise kept me mobile and informed. Replaced the faulty part without charge as soon as it arrive
The day before the MOT was due, Dick Lovett phoned me and said I needed to be at the dealership by 13:45 for a 14:00 appointment, so I actually arrived at 13:35 and waited. Then there was a further delay and the job was only started at 14:30, why?

Fitted me at short notice and went the extra mile to show me the underside of the car once on the ramp as I requested to view potential damage. John Walsh in particular was very helpful and his usual professional self.

The customer service is always the very best. Unfortunately I have since discovered an issue that has only started to occur after going in for the updates, but I believe that this is a fault rather than anything that they have done.
