Dick Lovett Hungerford make the whole buying experience completely personal. Even though our iX3 is far from the most expensive car in the BMW range, the team there made us feel like it was and like we were their most important customers of the day??

THE AUTOMATED PART /AUTOMATED EMAILS IS NOT SO GREAT - FRANKLY A LITTLE CONFUSING AND THE ORDER PROCESS/ TIMESCALES NOT WELL EXPLAINED. BUT THE PEOPLE INTERACTIONS AND SERVICE PROVIDED FOR SALES AND DELIVERY WAS GREAT/NO ISSUES AT ALL

Not happy that the car was not valeted . I was told that you did not have the facilities as a result of the redevelopment of the usual service facilities. We should be provided to vouchers to have car valeted

I have used DICK Lovett Hungerford for many years and have been extremely satisfied with their friendliness, professionalism and nothing is to much trouble attitude which is very rare these days.

I just need to phone them to book my car in for a service and in this case ask for a new battery and rear wiper rubber to be fitted. I turn up at the garage on the day, hand my car over, drive a loan car home, wait for a call to pick my car up. Done.

I have an issue with my vehicle where it loses power first thing in the morning in cold weather. It's dangerous and no fault could be found, just a software update completed. I'm convinced it hasn't been solved.

A bit hard to rebook an MOT before it ran out when an emergency caused metro cancel the first one. Full marks for finding and fixing a rattle beneath the car (loose fuel line ) after two attempts. Not been able to fix boot problem yet but hopeful !
