We were made to feel welcome at the showroom, given plenty of opportunity to test drive a car. We were able to spend time tailoring the options we wanted. We were kept informed at all stages and had a smooth handover.

Excellent personal service from the sales rep and finance person The whole experience was premium and you are made to feel a very valued. The sales rep was particularly relaxed and not pushy in gaining the sale and detailed/smooth in the handover

Reception was very helpful, I was offered a room to work in while waiting which made an enormous difference as I was there for 2 hours and I got a lot of work done. everyone I interacted with was very helpful and courteous

First service and recall issue were done efficiently. Friendly reception host and then looked after extremely well with the service manager. Conveniently the centre is close to work. The video courtesy inspection is always fun too.

A bit hard to rebook an MOT before it ran out when an emergency caused metro cancel the first one. Full marks for finding and fixing a rattle beneath the car (loose fuel line ) after two attempts. Not been able to fix boot problem yet but hopeful !

Easy and efficient but my husband was shocked you hadn't cleaned the car. We used to use Swindon bmw they always cleaned the car. We used to think bmw were better than Audi. Not any more

Had good service from being greeted on arrival and from Tom who managed my service. Could not give 5 as some of the BMW expected norms (wash/vac) were not included and paper floor protector was left in car.

it's taken 3 visits to the garage to fix an issue with the headlight alignment. Second visit in particular was not good experience ; we were only advised that the vehicle would be needed for a few days when we arrived. Further confusion then ensued.

Tom was great in a challenging situation, kept in touch on the phone and went above and beyond to find me a courtesy vehicle when central BMW itself told me I was not entitled to one.

The car did not move the day it was dropped off and I'm not sure a single issue was investigated. Despite BMW Connections telling me to take it in for a firmware update the dealership refused to do it telling me to wait for a safety recall.
